From the kitchen of Nadine Jackson:

4 – Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded

2 – Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 – Small package slivered almonds

6 – 8 chopped green onions

1 – large head of red leaf lettuce shredded

1 – Cucumber sliced

1 – Package Mushrooms

¼  – Pound Chinese Pea pods

1 – Can Mandarin oranges


Cook and shred chicken.

Make salad

Add dressing below, mandarin oranges, sesame seeds and almonds just before serving



1 – tsp salt

½ – tsp black pepper

½ – Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

¼ – Cup Sesame Oil

Juice from mandarin oranges
