½ Lb crab

½ Lb shrimp

1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 Bell Pepper chopped

3 tomatoes chopped

1 Red onion chopped

3 Tbsp. Parsley

1 Qt tomato juice

¼ Cup olive oil

1/3 Cup red wine vinegar

2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Ground cumin

Pepper

Garlic

Croutons

 

Mix all ingredients, chill and add croutons when served.
