From the kitchen of Emma Avina:

2 – Yellow Chilies

4 – Large Tomitillos Peeled

2 – Large Tomatoes diced

Garlic Diced

Cilantro

Salt

Vinegar

2 – Green Onions chopped

 

Bring water to boil and add tomitillos (husks removed) and yellow chiles.  Turn off and steam.  Drain and add tomatoes diced garlic, cilantro, salt vinegar and small green onions.
