From the kitchen of Emma Avina:

Pinto beans

Onion diced

Chorizo

Lean ground beef

Bell pepper diced

Oregano

Cumin

Salt and Pepper

Catsup

      Garlic Cloves

 

       Cook pinto beans with whole garlic cloves.  When garlic is softened mash and

       return to beans.

       Cook lean ground beef and chorizo and drain fat.

       Sauté diced onion

 

       Add ground beef and chorizo to beans, add bell pepper and onions.

       Season with oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and catsup.
