Roasted Green Chiles (chopped into big pieces)

Onion chopped

Tomato chopped

Jack Cheese (big chunks)

Garlic, minced

Water

Oil

 

Put a little bit of oil in a pan; when oil gets hot sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes then add chiles.  Then after 10 minutes add tomatoes then water and allow mixture to come to a slight boil.  After 5 minutes add ½ cheese.  After 2 minutes add the rest of the cheese on top and take off heat.
