From the kitchen of Emma Avina:

1       Qt. Milk

3       – Eggs

1 – Cup Cornstarch

Vanilla

Cinnamon

1       Oz. Canned Milk

¾ – Cup Sugar

5       –  6 Small Bananas (4 large bananas) mashed

½ – Cup Walnuts

 

Mix eggs, cornstarch, canned milk and whip.

 

Boil milk in a heavy skillet and add cornstarch mixture slowly to heated milk.  Thicken like gravy and add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.  Whip stir for 5 to 10 minutes.

 

Fold in nuts and bananas.
