1/3 – Cup paprika

1/3 – Cup California Chile power

1/3 – Cup New Mexico Chile powder

½ – Cup Pasilla Chile powder

¼ – Cup Garlic powder

1/3 – Cup sugar

1/3 – Cup dried onion

1 – Tbsp. ground oregano

1 – Tbsp. cumin

2 – Tbsp. coarse black pepper

 2 – Tbsp. kosher salt

 

Mix ingredients together and store in closed container.  Use liberally when coating meats before grilling or cooking.
