3 – 6 ½ Ounce cans chopped clams drained

1 – Onion diced

1 – Bell pepper diced

4 – Pieces bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)

2 – Cubes Shrimp bullion

3 – Bay leaves

2 – Potatoes cubed

½ – Cup flour

1 – Cup milk

3 – Tbsp. olive oil

Pepper to taste

 

 

In olive oil sauté onion and bell pepper. 

 

Make white sauce by adding flour to sautéed mixture, brown and gradually add water while stirring.

 

Add bullion, pepper and bay leaves.

 

Add diced potatoes and cook until tender (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).

 

When ready to serve add clams, bacon, milk and heat thoroughly.
