4 – Chicken breasts

4 – 6 Green onions chopped

2 – Bell peppers julienne

2 – Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 – Small package of chopped / slivered almonds

1 – Cup Rice wine vinegar

1 – Cup dry white wine

1/4  – Cup olive oil

1/4 – Cup Sesame oil

½  – Cup Sugar

½ Cup Soy

Red leaf lettuce

Chow mien noodles (Chole uses package of linguini)


Marinade chicken overnight and bake in marinade for 45 minutes to 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees.  Chole microwaves chicken for 20 minutes turning once for quicker meal.  Marinade consists of oil, sugar, wine, vinegar and soy.


Toast chow mien noodles or prepare linguini.


Prepare salad; chop lettuce leaves, onions and bell peppers.  Shred chicken and place on top of salad and refrigerate 3 -4 hours. Top with dressing and almonds right before serving.  Serve on top of toasted chow mien noodles or linguini.




½ – tsp. black pepper

½ – Cup rice wine vinegar

1 -2 tsp. sugar

¼ – Cup sesame oil

2 – Tbsp water
